Answer: We have a 99.95%+ Uptime guarantee. Those are our official figures which we are proud of. This gives our customers / clients peace of mind that their website should be online as close to 100% as possible.

Question: What methods do you accept for payment?

Answer: Currently accept PayPal™ & AlertPay™, but things will change in the future, to implement more (PP's) Payment Processors. Using PayPal™ & AlertPay ™ does mean (CC's / DB's) Credit Cards / Debit Cards can be used for payment. So in general you have two reliable trustworthy payment processors in place, to ensure all transactions are extremely secure indeed.

Question: When I get to the "Order Page", which radio button should I use before obtaining my hosting?

Answer: As you will see there are 3 (Three) choices you have. So we shall explain each one, so you know what is correct for your own needs.

Radio button number (One). This "I want Pro-Hosting-4U to register a new domain for me".
Choose this option, if you do not have a domain name already, and you wish us to obtain that for you. Please remember that on "Yearly" hosting a domain name would be supplied as a bonus. As long as the domain name end's with the list of domain names that we currently supply.

Radio button number (Two). This "I want to transfer my domain to Pro-Hosting-4U".
Choose this option, if you are having your domain name transferred to our hosting, other wise use "Radio button number (Three)". Please note that when you place your domain name in the field box, it may state that the name is available although it is not. This does not mean your domain name is free for anybody else to acquire.

Radio button number (Three). This "I will update my nameservers on an existing domain or I will register a new domain".
Choose this option more over number two, as this is the most popular way of obtaining hosting if you have a domain name, that does not need transferring. Even if you have had hosting anywhere before, this is the method you should choose, as once the hosting is setup automatically, then only our "nameservers" DNS will need changing from your "Domain Name Provider". Of course you will have them supplied and all the other information within your welcome e-mail that follows as soon as your payment has been confirmed by PayPal™ or AlertPay™, to get you online as fast as possible. Please choose this method / option if you have obtained or purchasing your domain name elsewhere, and just place that name in the field box provided, before proceeding.

Question: Do you have a site builder?

Answer: Yes we include a site builder called (RVSiteBuilder™) for some of our hosting packages. You can view the demo, and test out all the functions here.

Question: What are the DNS servers for your hosting?

Answer: They will be e-mailed to you after you sign-up for an account with "Pro-Hosting-4U".

Question: Is PHP Safe Mode Turned On?

Answer: No We have safe mode turned off.

Question: Can I upgrade or downgrade my account?

Answer. Yes, you may upgrade or downgrade your account anytime you like, just contact us using the many methods we have in place.

Question: Are you a Reseller?

Answer. No, we're not a reseller, we have root access to and manage our own servers.

Question: Will you place any adverts on my site?

Answer: Pro-Hosting-4U will NOT place any adverts on your site.

Question: Do you allow sites to advertise for money, on their web site?

Answer: Yes, we allow sites to have commercial advertisements.

Question: Who is your ISP?

Answer: We're currently running BGP4 (border gateway routing protocol) with various ISP's to maintain the speed and uptime. If one backbone line goes down, it will balance the load to the others. If one line gets congested, it will load balance the traffic.

Question: Do you offer any control panels, if so do you have a demo?

Answer: Yes, we use cPanel™. You have a choice of which version of cPanel™ you require. Theme x3 comes as standard, but you can change that to x2 or x if required? Question: How long does it take to setup my account?

Answer: Your account will be setup instantly and your account info will be e-mailed to you.

Question: Are there any hidden costs, or setup fees?

Answer: None what so ever !!!!

Question: How can I view my site when my domain is still propagating?

Answer: You'll be given the link in your welcome e-mail after sign-up.

Question: Do you allow Adult Content?

Answer: Yes, we allow legal adult content on our hosting services.


Web Services & Useful Information.

Question: How do I connect to my FTP server?

Answer: You will need to connect to "yourdomain.com" using your login info using a FTP Client such as CuteFTP, FileZilla, FrontPage etc.

Question: How come I can't delete a folder via FTP?

Answer: Your FTP Client needs to be able to view "Hidden" files or you need to enable it inside your FTP Client. If you really can't delete it then just contact us.

Question: What are the mail servers?

Answer: POP3 and SMTP will be "mail@yourdomain.com".

Question: When using php or perl, I get errors related to permission denied could not open / read file, what is           wrong?

Answer: Make sure your scripts are writable. Simply chmod 777 the file or change the file to read / write from your ftp client. If you are having major issues, then please "Contact Us" and we shall do our utmost to help in anyway possible.

Question: How long does it normally take for domains to use their new nameservers?

Answer: Most "Hosting Companies" and "Domain Name" providers state between 24 - 48 hours. We find that in 90% or more cases, this happens much faster, even less than a hour !!!!


Billing Issues & Questions.

Question: How do I get the 60 day money back offer if "Pro-Hosting-4U" is not for me?

Answer: Simply email us your site username and password within sixty days and we process your refund in less then 24 hours. Please note that the TOS (Terms Of Service) applies here, so take the time to read that page before making any decision on this matter.

Question: How do I make a payment?

Answer: All online payments are recurring, unless you take out our "Yearly" plan. Your payment will automatically be deducted using our "WHMCS" automated invoice system. You may also pay manually each billing cycle using the PayPal™ & AlertPay™ option within the order page.

Question: How do I upgrade or downgrade my account?

Answer: Please contact our "Billing" department, via the "WHMCS" portal system help-desk for an upgrade / downgrade. You can also use the "Contact Us" page and we shall take matters from there. Be specific which package and billing cycle you want.

Question: How do I stop billing & cancel my account(s)?

Answer: If you wish to close your account(s) simply contact our help-desk's "Billing" department. If you want to request for a refund please include your payment info as well. You will only receive a refund if you went for a "Yearly" plan and used up eg:- 6 (Six) Months. Then you'll need to cancel your PayPal™ subscription if you have one made.

Question: I need to contact "Pro-Hosting-4U" in an emergency, what is the best way to archive this?
